Information on the average monthly number of active renters in the European Union:
Under Article 24(2) of the Digital Services Act, online platforms are required to publish "information on the average monthly number of active recipients of the service in the Union" before 17 February 2023, and every six months thereafter.
In accordance with the provisions of the regulation, including Recital 77, we have calculated that our average monthly number of active renters in the European Union for the period from 1 August 2023 to 31 Jan. 2024 is approximately 625.
We will continue to monitor any developments and publish every six months information on the average monthly number of active renters of our service in the European Union, in accordance with Article 24(2) of the regulation.
