We provide each registered customer with direct and password-protected access to their basic saved data (my account). You can view data about your orders and manage your data related to your address, bank details, and newsletter. You agree to keep confidential the personal access data and not to disclose it to any unauthorized third party.

We disclaim any responsibility for the unauthorized use of passwords, except if the misuse is a result of our fault.

2.3 Collection, Processing, and Use of Your Personal Data

We collect, store, and process your data for the complete processing of your deliveries, including any subsequent guarantees, for our customer services, for technical administration, as well as for marketing purposes.

In the context of delivery processing, service providers commissioned by us (such as Merchants and Couriers) receive, for example, the data necessary for order and contract execution. For your order, we need your accurate data regarding your name, address, and means of payment. We need your email address so that we can confirm the receipt of your order and communicate with you. We also use it for your identification (customer identification). Additionally, you will receive your order confirmation by email and shipping confirmation by SMS.
